A fanart of The Rover by David Michôd, for the birthday of a friend who loves it.I saw it at his suggestion and I have to agree, it’s good. A post-apocalyptic movie of sorts, and it’s the ‘of sorts’ part that interests me the most. The genre is not the point but a mean to explore a specific human perspective... or the possible effect of an absence of perspectives. What it really depicts is an interior apocalypse.
