Indeed he is, as to why he hates INTERPOL, i'm assuming most Truckers hate them, but it's just a theoryΒ

This is a really cool idea for a hero. I have three things to say about it:
1. Why does he hate his dad?
2. Why does he hate INTERPOL?
3. There's some spots with random black dots on the drawing, I would erase those, and there's also a couple places where the lines are sticking out where they shouldn't be. Maybe go over the drawing and erase those.
Other than that, great concept for a hero! Good work!
