Hi Aleria! Once I have a brush ready to save I go to edit> define brush. Now I have a brush. At this point the brush is in the default brush set or whatever brush set you have active. You will need to go to the preset manager and delete any default brush, then save as whatever you decide to call your brush set. Now you can add more brushes to this new set...just be sure to save them. I hope this help answer your question.
