This is awesome in sort of a creepy futuristic Bioshock Big Daddy sort of way. I know it's unrelated, and it seems like it would really work. But if you slapped a giant drill on the right arm you'd have Bioshock In Space!

well, as all the "eating" is done through an IV, the pilot wont ever really piss or crap.

It's pretty trivial, but, I'm pretty sure so long as you're keeping them sufficiently hydrated they're going to need piss as often as usual.
You're might as well invent a urination surpressant chemical.

urine is waste water and minerals and whatnot. If all your hydration is being fed into directly into your system after being artificially processed, it has no waste products.
In effect, the pilot's entire digestive system is not used at all. Nothing is going into it, and nothing is coming out of it.
And even if they did, the gel in the undergarment would clean it away for recycling.
