Around 4 hours working on another picture I took recently in Saltinho (a small city in São Paulo). Done basically using Pens Scratchboard Tools, Oils Fine Camel, Digital Watercolor, Den Brushes, some blenders and and F-X Glow.See the Reference Photo

It was used very carefully. Just to pop-up some details or lights. Not for a SciFi effect.
