Perhaps we will see more of her later- my characters have a way of eventually resurfacing themselves, so its a possibility.

Ah, that colour would have looked pretty contrasted with the purple, but I understand what you mean about it being a bit too much. The neutral colour works beautifully though, really brings her to attention and continues the soft kind of feel to it.
Aha, I understand what you mean about too many characters. I have so many novels now, both finished and incomplete, that my characters are in the hundreds and a lot of the poor dears are long-lost and forgotten
I shall keep my fingers crossed and hope that this one comes back to visit us again
