This is Sasori temporarily using the power of ZEXAL by overlaying with Astral. Since Astral's sudden appearance, Sasori is one of the few individuals who can see and hear him. This was unknown as to how, but it was revealed to be her powerful bond she shares with her brother. Sasori asked Astral to accompany her and Bryan to find and save Hart. She ends up dueling both Segunda and Hart, and with Yuma's support, she resorted to use the power of ZEXAL with Astral to defeat them. This transformation was only a one-time deal.

With ZEXAL, Sasori and Astral were able to utilize the Shining Draw and summon ZEXAL Weapons, such "ZW Asura Strike" and "ZW Sleiphnir Mail".
