It was only "a matter of time", Crash fans!

This new fanfic from me will indeed have to do with time, but that's only part of it! With everything I have in mind, I'm going to make this the most craziest Crash Bandicoot fanfic ever!

Here's the plot, sorta:

Dr. N. Brio kept his promise about creating an army of super-humans that'll stop at nothing to wipe out the mutant-animals of the world. With Cortex & his minions apparently put away for good this time & no sign of Uka Uka, it seems that N. Brio is the new main villain at the scene, but not a problem for Crash Bandicoot & his crew!

Enjoying life, whether saving the day or not, our hairy hero finds this life to be a breeze, but oddly, also empty without his one true arch-nemesis around. Then, one day, an older foe returns to stir up some time-themed trouble with the orange-marsupial. Switching Crash around the timeline to keep him away, N. Tropy wants to eliminate any trace of him from existence, & to do that, he goes back to the day he was created.

Crash on the other hand, finds himself (literally) in the not-too distant future, where he has started a resistance against N. Brio's super-human army. Can he find a way to get back & reach N. Tropy before the inevitable happens & the world will lose its hero...
