Well, the second Crash? Is name is Crash II, and he isn't a clone. Tropy, during a time travel helped Cortex in the past to evolve correctly Crash Bandicoot, fixing the error in the Cortex Vortex. The product is this Crash.
But you will learn more about him when the comic will be out.
