Youtube should do that in the future yet they never listen to the users. The guy in the video sounds tired and is just talking about crash opinions and stuff

They used to have a report feature for stolen art. But I'm guessing since they probably got so many requests for take downs when they only want to be dealing with take down request's that involve a possible law suit or loss of financial assets they restricted what type of claims you can make.
I don't mind my material being used in other videos if credited properly, but at least make it a cool video : B
