I completely zoned out on uploading this for some reason.An oekaki I drew, dunno, some-hundreds of years ago. I really liked the Gobli(i(i))ns games, yes. While the second one was my favorite altogether, there was something about Blount's personality that was just.. sweet. I can name off what all it was, too, but I won't, HA HA.
Anyway, yes. Oekaki.

It went Gobliiins; Gobliins 2; Goblins 3; Gobliiins 4. The number of i's matches to number of characters you control.
Personally I don't like the original (bad audio and puzzles are a bit simple)...
Gobliins 2; I think has the best puzzles (controlling two characters at once lets there be interesting timing puzzles)...
Goblins 3; I think has the best written story and best plays out a theme (duality, false morality, and embracing differences) and that character is the most developed; making the game the most memorable.
Also I think Pierre Gilhodes (Sprite artist of the original series) grabbed the full copyrights to the full series when he set out to make Gobliiins 4; able to get them because Coktel Vision went out of business in 2006 and he's the proper person to put as copyright holder now. [/Discussion]

This is very well done. I'm both shocked and impressed. Nobody ever seems to talk about any of those old adventure games anymore.
It's funny, because I've got a huge stockpile of adventure games from back in the day, but Goblins are the ones I'm always playing over again when I feel down. There's just something about the lighthearted, and yet dark and zany humor that draws me in like no other adventure game, and in fact, no other video game since really has. Job well done.

I love blount! I agree with you, he seems really sweet. Did you read his journal when he reached the brain/mirror level? He sounds so depressed! Something like.. "i cant control the demons inside me" or something.
This game was my favourite, but the second one was really good too
