Anti-Venom's symbiote skin is caustic to Venom and its offspring, so they can't touch him, and he can kill them within minutes through simple physical contact. That includes punches. Anti-Venom would absolutely curbstomp Venom.

Nope. Anti-Venom was formed when a being called Mr. Negative used his powers over Darkforce to cure Eddie Brock of cancer. The Darkforce combined with the trace symbiote in Eddie's body and the antibodies in his blood to form a completely unique symbiote called Anti-Venom....which can apparently repel symbiotes with a touch due to his caustic skin and can cleanse people of foreign substances in their body such as chemicals, energies, and toxins.

I would want the ol' Venom back though, But Eddie had cancer at the time, but when he relized he was cured of it and Gargan was going after Eddie he relized it was the Anti-Venom that cured him... plus if it was Spider-man that got the Anti-Venom Eddie would just die and there would be no chance of the original Venom coming back.
