How did you learn... lighting? I seem to struggle with knowing where light would hit on different parts of the body (especially with some detailed outfits and such). Do you have a helpful book recommendation or anything? This is amazing btw! I love your style and the attitude in her expressions.

So this actually is my character Will. Same hair, same eyes, same skin, same ability, same facial expressions, same bodysuit (though she doesn't normally wear it). The only thing this is missing is a great big pair of barn owl wings.Β
(I haven't drawn her in years, but I do write about her often. I just don't post it. It's refreshing to see a visual Will every now and again... even if it's accidental.)
