No.001a
Name: Mania
Real Name: Rasa "Ross" Slorfweidt Lipka
Age: 23
Hair: Ginger
Personality: Irritable, well-spoken
Power(s): Superhuman elasticity (superhuman durability, enhanced eyesight, tensile superstrength, sound tolerance)
Weakness(es): Extreme heat (melts), extreme cold (freezes), acid, cuts
Notes: Fluid, cartoonish actions and expressions disturb most people, giving off an "uncanny valley" vibe.
Further regarding his appearance, the majority of Mania's standard outfit is aesthetic in light of his relatively indestructible nature, whereas the "clown shoes" are (surprisingly) functional, allowing for him to stretch out his feet for intense running and leaping, especially from taller buildings.
Mania is very talkative, using slang and vulgar language often and abrasively in the face of the most minor irritations. Does not do well around children Has gotten better around children since receiving his superhero status.
Mania is very protective of his younger brother, both emotionally and physically, in spite of his brother's clinical indestructiblity.
Do not, under any circumstances, use his father as subject matter for conversation. His mother is preferable (though not completely necessary) to avoid. For further information on this topic, see [DATA CORRUPTED]

"Corrupted? Well, I suppose this is enough for what we have planned."
Dr. Allgotten started a new file, naming it "Project H". Medical records, psychological profiles, and contractual mumbo-jumbo flashed across the screen as Dr. A's fingers flew enthusiastically across the keyboard, adding precautions and subject requirements to experiment procedures. Except this time, it's no experiment -- this time, the scientists will know just what they're doing.
"Those boys Corinth think they're so smart," he whispered to himself in his self-satisfied voice. "Wait til they see how we've improved on their work without them even knowing..."
Finally, after hours of document treading and online consultation, two blank file templates lay on the screen in front of him: one labeled "Hysteria," the other labeled "Hypomania".
Dr. Allgotten looked at the work he had stolen (though, he's sure it would have been released to the scientific community eventually; he'd just... sped things along), smiled knowing his work had been done, nodded, and called it a night.
