Description Rasa "Ross" Slorfweidt Lipka, aka "Mania"

Power(s):
- Superhuman Elasticity (includes stretching, flinging, flattening, inflating (don't get any ideas), cortionism, resilience to extreme physical damage, and tensing his muscles allows him to harden his tissues back to the density of an average human being)
- Cartoonish Expressions (while not exactly a superpower, this still constitutes a defining trait for Mania's character & image)

Weakness(es):
- Energy Vac (while only found in certain high-tech laboratories around the world, this clunky piece of tech can clear up and store his residual N-ray energy -- the exact thing causing his mutation)
- Suffocation (twisting his neck in a knot will do the trick... not a lot of villains think to do that, though)
- Irritability

After so many years of his life spent in-and-out of juvenile detention & being angry at his abusive father, Ross was finally reunited with his younger brother, Alf, before the two of them were picked up to take part in an experiment over at Corinth Labs. This experiment turned them into a ragtag duo of corporately-owned superheroes called The Bipolar Brothers.

"I wonder if Plastic Man ever has these problems..."

"What in Bill Finger's middle name is 'Elasti-City'?"
"Dunno. Why do you ask?"
"I just got a postcard from some guy named Jack. 'Parently wants me to come over, check the place out."
"What, like, 'jack,' the thing you lift cars with?"
"Could be. Certainly better than 'Arm-Fall-Off Boy'."
"Wait, that's a thing?"
"I dunno... it says here it's a town full of elasticit-based superheroes. Whoa, they even have a panel at Elasti-Con for heroes like Elongated Man, The Rubber Ducky, Elastigirl -- the Doom Patrol one, not the D**ney one..."
"Sounds like you'd feel right at home."
"What, and leave my beautiful baby brother here in the big city all by his lonesome? Forget it!"
"D'awww..."
"Also, I owe, like, $500 to guys all over the city. It's not happening."
"Oh."
"Nahhh, I'm joking! It's more like $600."
