Description
This is a sketch of a fan fiction I never quite finished working on. The idea was in the 1977 the city of rapture was re-discovered by the outside world. Now the year is 1979 and the higher levels of the city have been explored and divided up between a NATO and Warsaw pact. The city has already revealed many amazing reverse engineering opportunities for fluid based computing and revolutionary civil engineering, and been used as a prop to showcase international cooperation and warming relations between the Soviet Union and the United States.

However under the surface skirmishes rage between Spetznaz, Navy Seals, and PMCs. Plasmids are being reverse engineered, and tested using voluntary and force experimentation. The mid level of rapture has become a twisted feudal system where the decripid clones of non splicer, the ghost people, are used as slaves and prey for the splicers still sentient. Deep below much nastier things lurk in the shadows ready to consume any unfortunate soul that strays too far below.
