Description Often times in my taxidermy life I have to get some good detailed shots of living specimens. This is an example of such a reference for making replica eyes. Found this little guy in the back yard.

Just wondering if its ok to use your photograph as a repentance for a drawing? It's nice and shiny. Just what I'm trying to accomplish with color pencils. Thanks. Let me know e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
It's a drawing for a contest e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>)
I don't post here I only post on Instagram. My Instagram name is @catalinalibertad if you'd like to see my art work
I hope the answer is yese.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
It's a beautiful drawing and I totally understand if you rather not haw someone draw it. Anyways it's just for fun and if I were to win contest it would be maybe printed as iPhone cases e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

This is extremely well done. The lighting not only brings out the snake's eye and the dimensions within, but it also brings out how shiny the scales are. Look at those hues! The closeness brings out how the scales fit, and with NO pixels showing!
My only negative is that Many artists photograph eyes these days, especially those of snakes. It would be nice to see something like this of the whole face.
All in all though, I love it. It certainly stands out from the rest of the art like this. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c… " width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/> Ten out of ten for you my friend. Not only is this just a great photo, but it's a great reference.

Thank you very much! And I get your point about everyone being into eyes these days. These are really intended as reference photos for reptile glass eye construction for my taxidermy stuff. This particular photograph that was in that pile did "catch my eye" though. And thanks for taking the time, greatly appreciated.
