Princess Serenity, in the Silver Millennium era, dancing at a ball in the Moon Kingdom. I felt like drawing something lately, and was upset at myself for not utilizing The Gimp more, so this is what came about.

Done completely in The Gimp with a mouse. Took about 6-8 hours over the course of 2 days.
