EDIT: This guy has been sitting on a revamped bio ref for months... I've finally found the inspiration to finish it. However I've decided to change quite a bit of it while keeping some of his elements.

An OC adopted from ForgottenHope547 , this is my 2nd Autobutt TF OC. (1st being Sunblade.) Kinda a bit of a shockers that I have more 'Cons 'n Neutrals, eh? Anyways, here he is full in the flesh by the wonderful Pistikritti ;u;

Also on a side note, in case anybody asks why does Static Skidder have two insignias, it's because I treat Non-Cybertronians a little differently, basically with Static Skidder here, his Velocitronian insignia is a sign that he is from Velocitron respectively, as he is not Cybertronian or from Cybertron. (Where as Cybertronians do not have their own home planet insignia -- Autobots/Decepticons do not count as a home planet insignia as they are factions.) And I see it as something that cannot be removed. The insignia is canon. (Just click on the Velocitronian thing in the info here if you don't believe me.)

Personality: He's notorious for being lecherous and perverted, never keeping his servos off of any Mech or Femme he sees. Though is also often distracted and usually disregards almost anything around him when he's off committing his usual perverted antics. It's wrong to say that he doesn't do this non-stop but rather does have a limit. He's relatively friendly but never keeps a clean processor for long as the sight of anyone new or previous gets him up and moving. He's also shown to be lazy and slacks off just about anywhere, never really paying much attention to a lot of things. Combined with his lecherous behaviour, he's also a very flirtatious Mech, and is known to be a player mainly due to not being the committed type as he usually gets bored of someone quick, showing that he's selfish when it comes to others' feelings. He also possesses a cowardly side, especially if anyone's intending on killing him but also can be somewhat of an escape artist should no one look his way if he's captured but this almost always backfires as he's often more of a chatterbox, never keeping quiet whenever attempting to make his escape when spoken about him within earshot.

History/Bio: Orphaned as a sparkling, never knowing his creators whether they surrendered him or were deactivated, Static Skidder spent most of his time pranking or tricking the others as he was left with little to no friends. The young Mechling also often spent most of his time trying to free himself of the speed nullifier cuffs off of his legs so that he could run about freely but always had new ones put on if he's managed to break them off or if they're still intact, clamped back on his legs. Static Skidder was a complete rebel and couldn't stand for what he was going through. However despite his near inability to be adopted and around his late juvenile stage, there were some 'bots in particular who took an interest in him and adopted him despite his wild, rebellious behaviour. When he was taken, he believed himself to be heading into a new home, but instead he found himself being taken to a ship that was carefully cloaked and disguised to blend in with the environment. Static Skidder wasn't sure what was going on but he would learn that he was leaving Velocitron behind, and discovered that from the conversations of the others, they were Cybertronians and were from one of the two factions: Autobots. Being the only youngling who was on board, to him it felt weird that he was going to be the only one heading to the war torn planet, Cybertron. Though always constantly pranking and tricking the others, he also had managed to wait long enough for them to take away his speed nullifiers, and was constantly making a mess of things around the large ship but because he had no training on controlling his speed, he was often crashing into a lot of things.

By the time they reached Cybertron, Static Skidder was disgusted with how different the ways were but it didn't stop him from still doing what he enjoyed doing most. It wasn't until he was in his early adolescent stage that he became a lot more perverted and was exposed to numerous playbot magazines and other erotic content, and even started abusing his natural Velocitronian speed to go as far as to grope or steal others' cod pieces and hide them somewhere nearby or put them out of reach. Despite the Autobots' intentions of having him focus on other things, it often failed because he often ran out on them or fell into recharge. Despite the many scoldings and warnings he received, it never phased him until when they stepped things up a notch that they'd have to put him down was when he started to be a lot more obedient. Static Skidder had never believed that the Autobots would resort to this if any of their soldiers were just that disobedient, it was hard for him to believe so especially when he's heard that they weren't like the Decepticons in any shape or form.

While Static Skidder never really had that many friends, some had eventually grown used to his perverted behaviour and aren't all that phased by his actions. From here, he couldn't tell if others stuck around him or not, but never really bothered to care despite that he's gotten a few people that unusually seem to tolerate him, where as he'd often be running off before he could be beaten for his actions. Of course the young Mechling was still a troublemaker throughout the bases he's been moved or assigned to, and many times had he also managed to escape being captured as he was often one quick step ahead. Despite the strain he's given the Autobots, many eventually decided to manipulate him into bribing him into things he could do if he completed certain tasks. Unable to resist such offers given to him, Static Skidder performed his jobs almost completely flawlessly, which left many baffled as to how easy he was to manipulate if he got what he wanted in return. All of his superiors would continue to persuade and manipulate the young Mechling to do his given tasks, and rewarding him was helping the faction bit by bit.

With time passing and having become a full-fledged Mech, Static Skidder would continue doing his tasks but was now given ones that required his speed and agility. At some point during one of his many tasks as an assigned courier, he started to somewhat take interest in science when he had been injured while on his way to deliver some very personal information that regarded finding some more weak spots and barely guarded areas around certain Decepticon bases that they could take advantage of. The Mech had no memory of what had happened when he had been severely injured, but did find himself in a hidden Autobot base that was underground, and had been updated what exactly happened to him, in which he was found bandaged up and everything, but had some traces on the used welding marks that was used to close off his wounds that didn't belong to any Autobot nor even a Decepticon that was registered in their databanks, which left even Static Skidder himself puzzled. Regardless, when he was finally healed, he returned back to his usual antics and duties, but also he started to begin trying out on enhancing his knowledge as a scientist.

- Getting killed.

- Deception.

- Not getting what he wants.

- Becoming crippled where he cannot run at his top Velocitronian speed.

- Being caged or locked up.

- Bulky slow 'bots.
