Equilibrium was obviously made with religious imagery in mind. Mostly, the various depictions of saints holding their heads. Equilibrium lacks a hand, head and entire arm, and yet it perceives itself as holy and just.
This entity is what a performer sees the concept of religion as, something that makes itself look undecipherable and great. Though in truth it is something pathetic and barely staying alive. [Again, disclaimer: These are the thoughts of a fictional character.]

I don't expect anyone to care enough to ask so I'll say it anyway - The projects name is Adulescia, and it follows a group of childhood friends growing up and slowly realizing that one of their best friends wasn't even real.
