Next up is June's piece, represented by the birthstone Pearl, and --- fittingly--- the month's flower, ROSE. Can you think of a better pairing for this project? lol.

Pearl has come so far with her feelings and complicated relationship with Rose Quartz, but she will always love her. So this isn't so much supposed to be a Pining emotion, but a fond reflection. Part of why I think this one is probably my favorite so far, between the emotion in it and the way things turned out in a technical sense with the painting.

Just have an overdue Ruby to go before I get to Peridot, which is this month's birthstone. Hopefully I can get caught up to the little green bean.
