Probably the last shot I will submit from this roll, my first from an SLR, same as A fire inside... and Serenity In The DarknessIt's a pair of miniature boxing gloves hanging from the rearview mirror of my brothers old alfa romeo, it was really hard to take because of the low ceiling in the car.
The Hurricane, aka Ruben Carter inspired the title. If you want to know about his story, search around for it, definantly an interesting read.
Scanning and random help thanks to Ben @ newklear , border and cropping in gimp, no other adjustments made.

I love the title. I think it definitely works with the miniture gloves actually, because they both seem to suggest something violent in its past, or up coming in the near future. The whole simplicity of the composition just really makes me appreciate it more.

Princess, when you first told me the idea you had in mind for this photo I thought to myself "Yep, that thing's a winner". And, when you showed me the results, I was absolutely blown away by how well it all worked together with the settings you asked me for. Even if they were for ISO100....
As you already know from me helping you the whole way along this photo, I absolutely love it, and love the way you've finished it. Looks perfect in my mind, definantly a testiment to the talent you have as a photographic artist
The field of focus is magical, and had a much better effect than I imaged it would when I suggested those settings to use.
