Here's a brand-new character in the little world I'm making. I'll get into the specifics of Rika's design in the next profile; it'll make sense, trust me. Also, a new outfit for Jason! This is her Shoretown High P.E. uniform. But enough about Jason, here's Rika!
Some three or so months into Jason's career as the Luminous Spider-Glow, there's been talk lately around Shoretown High's student body of a delinquent who leads a gang of teens from every high school in town. The gang members harass other high schoolers and their families during the dead of night, but it's said that their leader has bizarre powers that let her stand up to even the armed forces of Neo Fisk Tower! Nobody at ST High knows where this kid came from, but everyone knows her name and carries it in their hearts with fear: Rika Meteor!
Not much is known about Rika as of yet, but what is clear is that she's exceedingly dangerous for her age (which just so happens to be the same as Jason's: around 16). Any who have the misfortune of confronting her have never been seen nor heard from ever again. One other fact about her is that Rika anticipates the moment that she can meet a "certain someone" and kick their ass all over town. What is the game-changing secret of this delinquent who seemingly came from nowhere?
