Description
This is another bot from the Make a Good Mega Man Robot Master Contest I did pixel art of, 's Category A submission Reel Man!
Was plannin' on tackling an entry from each of the three categories (never got around to doing a Cat. C bot though, maybe I'll fill in the gap at some point), so I decided to go with this dude for the first since I kinda consider him a mascot for it, not to mention he's been quite well-liked amongst the entrants (me being one of 'em)
(the reason he has a pelvic plate is because RC didn't remove it from his design until very recently and I finished this back in late Feb)
