Okay~! Finally got Sir Gaviel’s design down~
It’s alright. You may all drool at his stern hotness and ridic black-and-white themes uniform. xD

He’s from the Breakers comic project, and is the third member in the main cast (consisting of Elly, Ennes, Sir Gaviel, and Dr. Kelsey).

Gaviel was given his name upon being accepted as a candidate to becoming a dual knight. Children are adopted into the knighthood and are then owned by the state. It’s a pretty high honour though, so lots of parents try to get their kids in. Black-and-White Dual Knights accept only light-haired children so they can go through the marking process of dying their hair when they become an initiate (it’s all about contrast!). Sir Gaviel became a Dual Knight at 24, and decided to dye his eyebrows black as well because he thought it looked better that way.

He is a part of the Order of Dual Knights, the Black and White Dual Knights to be exact. BW Dual Knights are the ones who patrol the cities and roads and enforce laws and regulations. As a Dual Knight, Sir Gaviel is trained in both the art of swordmanship and also the magical arts. The symbols on him denote that he is a Purgatory-aligned in elemental affinity, meaning he has greatest control over fire, lightning, light, and time magic. He also rides a steed animal called a phoeron (mix of a bird and lizard almost, though most people will see it as a chocobo lol).

Sir Gaviel is 28 when he is introduced in the story. He’s a stern by-the-book type of guy who tends to get in Elly and Ennes’ way a lot. Though to be fair, Elly and Ennes are actually the ones who cause a lot of trouble for him in the first place. >_>
