Lol,i thought i was the only one who heard that. Or do you mean her Teleport tech? I'm not sure but she instead says "Waga Hidarite Ni Urieru" (Uriel on my left) during that Whirlwind attack.
Actually she says something like "Ru Oramu Eimen" or "Le Olamu Amen" which stands for "Forever Amen/Truly".

There are some slight fanservices actually like bouncing boobs,cameltoes and dresses torn apart (no full nudity,though). The only thing that's missing is pantyshots. Quite odd since this game appears to be an All-Female-Cast game. Not to mention,even the Manly-faggy Street Fighter series has at least one or two character who frequently flash 'those'.
As for those asfr stuffs,there are two super moves that can inflict Timestop if you 'equip' your player with the Time Arcana,btw..

There's a timestop move? Cool, I didn't even know about that! Does it just "stop" them, or does it have a graying effect like Chrno Crusade?

Sadly enough,they just turn darker. The only neat thing about it was that every hit you deliver to your opponent will change her pose and she'll remain like that until you hit her again or the timestop gauge ends.

Umm no,if the timestop effect will end if you hit and KO'ed them even if the gauge/counter still doesn't stop ticking. (Haven't tested it yet..)

That's a pity. Still, at least it's better than nothing. Possibly even better than KOF 2003, due to the better selection of "subject matter".

Yeah, I had a lot of fun with that team too. And a couple of other KOF gals as well. Still, the roster is comprised mostly of guys, and you're lucky if the petrification effect lasts more than a second.
Plus, there was no Kula around to freeze girls. As well as face off against Mukai herself.
