This would be Bloodspill, an awesome character created by the equally awesome .

I received issue 1 of her Blackblood Alliance comic/graphic novel in the mail the other day and after reading it about 4 or 5 times i was itching to do some gift art.
Bloodspill is my favorite female character in the series (her son Reicher being my favorite male). Not to say that i don't like all the other characters, Nightrun is really awesome and then there's Riptide, who reminds me of my Fal xD

anywho, enough ramblings. i hope Kay likes this. i sketched it first but then colored over top of it in ArcSoft...i regret doing so because it was pretty much all pixels -.- i had to make it smaller so it would at least look somewhat decent. i even stuck on a spiffy bg to uh...distract from the pixelness x3

so yeah, i hope you enjoy it :3
