1. Where's the Torchwood reference?
2. J.K. Rowling and the writers of Doctor Who had actually planned and OKed a crossover. They had actually written the script and everything, but most of the main actors were not available to make it happen. Plus David Tennant didn't want to do it because it would be too cheesy.
