And what kind of effect dod you applied? (by the way ms paint you mean Microsoft paint? It's possible to paint in that?)

Well for drawing the character,shading and background i used ms paint (yes microsoft paint) You can find shading tutorials on Youtube.
Other (colors and dark stuff) i used pixlr.com.

Hmmm... I think I'll stay with sai for now. I'm still barely able to do digital stuff xP
