's Commission.I'm very sorry for my long absence I am very busy this summer (and usually I'm not e.e)
I went to Toronto, Camping for a week, preparations for my Family Reunion and Also got news from my uncle's doctor that he is going to die soon because of cancer... 
And, I didn't have the time to try and animate the wings or even animate the tail... I hope that's Ok... (not to mention iaza was being bitchy on me... so when I have the time il try getting into Adobe Flash or figure something out.)
By the way did you want it transparent or no? :I

I think it looks good either way
but you can make it transparent, if you feel it would bring up the quality (or something like that)
also if you did want to try animating the tails and whatnot, take your time :3

I wasn't sure if you wanted them separate or no so I just tried to bunch 'em all together like I never do lol.
I was going to animate the tails but iaza was really being bitchy with me, It just wouldn't load if I put allot of frames it which is kind of dumb considering you can put 30+ frames in.
