I have had a fanfic going on in my head (for, like, the past two years) where I take the background story of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (the most EVIL animated Batman movie EVER, if you get the unedited version with the killing and the blood and the pain...), oh and then threw it into the Teen Titans universe. Basically... the Joker kidnaps Robin, tortures him, makes him go unbelievably insane, and so Robin becomes Joker's sidekick, Joker Junior. This pic gives me the willies... I love it!!Oh, and so, how basically, in terms of just looking at it, can you tell it's Dick Grayson and not Tim Drake (the two Robins in the two shows are different Robins. Confusing, eh?) Well, what I actually did was draw Teen Titan's Robin based on a screenshot, changed his face to the Joker's, changed his hair a little, changed his clothes, and VOILA!! You can barely recognize him.

xD Jason Todd was NEVER in the Animated Universe, so you're even more wrong than everyone else who tries to tell me I'm wrong.
In the MOVIE, it was Tim Drake. But I decided to Joker-fy the Robin from the Teen Titans animated show, who was Dick Grayson.

You gotta understand that I've spent 8 years of my life listening to people that I've "got the wrong Robin." (This pic is based off a fanfic I wrote, which is in the top 50 best Teen Titans fanfics on fanfiction.net) Although you're the first who has ever tried to tell me it was Jason. You can try to help, but make sure you actually know what you're talking about first. It's pretty much NEVER Jason, cuz he's the least loved of all the Robins.

In the Censored version of this movie I think the way the joker died was much more terrifying in the Uncut version he gets shot in the heart in the censored version he gets Electrocuted I think being electrocuted is more shocking (no pun intended) considering you don't see it happen makes it all more disturbing.

What makes it worse in the uncut version is the fact that it was ROBIN BLATANTLY AND KNOWINGLY KILLING THE JOKER that makes it bad, rather than the Joker going WHOOPS, SLAPSTICK, I'M DEAD NOW! That's the disturbing thing - not how he died in terms of the act, but how he did in terms of who's at fault. It adds a whole different layer to the whole rest of the film - Jim Gordon and Batman and Barbara had to lie about Tim killing Joker. If Joker had died on his own, there's no guilt at fault. Robin shoved him, but Joker died by accident. No blood on anyone's hands. And then Tim would have to deal with that guilt, that he actually KILLED someone, even if it was the Joker.... you gotta look beyond those thirty seconds and look at the scope of the whole movie - which death was worse then?

See, I've seen the movie. Thought it was fantastic.
But I ALWAYS seemed to forget which was which.
Was it Dick, or Tim who got all freaky in the movie?
I always thought it was Tim. Because I thought Batgirl had called him Tim in it.
But then there was a connection BACK -Like, Way back-
When Dick is all grown up, and has retired.
And he had been bugged, and they kind of made it seem like that was when he had this -/points at picture;; done to him in the episode.
I AM SO CONFUSED.

It's Tim Drake in the movie, but I write a fanfic where what happened to Tim in the movie happens to the Robin in the Teen Titans show, and that Robin is Dick Grayson. Artistic license and all. So this picture is actually based on the character design of the Teen Titan's Robin, then changed with characteristics of Jay from the show. Read my fanfic. It'll make sense then.
