To be honest, I do not know what you would specifically call them, so finding them could be hard.
It's actually pretty easy designing them. By them I mean this style in specific. I could send a note to you about how to make something like this?
Did you by any chance search certain keywords? For example: tech textures
and filtre the results on deviantart?
