A Poem for Your Picture....

ice cold, crisp mirror textured rough rising broken cork, craggy scrapes of jagged rock, cold slate blue sky a bit deadened by the cold beneath, trees turn fuzzy out of focus in the liquid glass below. hold your breath, but not too long....cause its cold out here and moving respiration warms human physiology.

Well...not sure if it's upside-down...or just plain awry...I was fishing (casting under ice tho) till Dec 29th...UNheard of around here...FINALLY froze over in mid to late Jan...that picture as you can see was taken Jan 3rd...we are usually a solid block of ice by then...not enough snow this year to keep our heads above water business-wise...and NOW it has decided to SNOW BUCKETS...just as March is on the horizon...ugh...

Hello...it really does look a beautiful place to fish..... My son goes fishing, usually after Pike. They went out for the first time last week.... I have enjoyed looking at American and Candian DA members photographs. All that snow, it is like looking at another world. Absolutely wonderful!

Ah-it is a beautiful place...it's covered in ice now...usually it is in Jan as well...just a crazy weather year...and YES to the ing.... I live to fish-don't worry tho-I rarely kill one unless I'm hungry
