Nowell from Golden Sun Dark Dawn... Such an interesting looking character - with so 'much' informations about herself, that I just want to cry.What do we know from her? She is:
-Kradens ambitious Alchemy-student. Check
-Mias daughter (who's maybe much differing in character from her mother). Check.
-Riefs older (and strict) sister. Check.
-in love with Piers. Check.
-on the way to an unknown (and seemingly dangerous) place with him. Double-Check.
...And that's all.
Well, I hope we will hear more things about her, 'cause it's a shame that she just had one scene herself in the game (and this near to game start); plus apart from that only appears in anecdotes from Kraden/Rief.

About my drawing I have to say, I only used screenshots from her as reference because I couldn't find any small official artwork from her. So I'm sorry if it is not so near to her original design as I wanted it to be.
We all have just to wait for an official artwork, I think. Anyways, I did my best with the drawing.

I'd be glad if I could use your art as reference for my cosplay. ^^ It's hard to design her clothes just with the given game infos.

I think you did very well, considering there's no official art and you were working from screenshots. She looks great, though I'm not sure her hair was quite that long. I've got my own sketch, maybe one of these days I'll post it.

Poor Nowell gets a bad rap, considering she was in all of one cutscene, and gets one or two mentions later. To me, she doesn't even seem that strict in the cutscene, just cranky and very responsible-- she yells at her brother for almost WALKING INTO A GIANT PSYNERGY VORTEX and at her teacher for ignoring the danger, both of which seem perfectly justified to me.
And hitching a ride with Piers just means that she's a normal teenager and has hormones and sometimes gets silly over guys.
Here's hoping Golden Sun 4 (if/when it happens) has her as a playable character. I'd love to see more of her.

Some sister, her younger brother is missing and in trouble and she fucks off to hang around with Piers just because she has the hots for him.

Very nice! I wish nowell had gotten more attention in dark Dawn. The nowellXPiers story could have been really good!
