I love Francis so so much. He means so much to me.
And I don't care if he's "not real". He's real enough in my heart.
And I'm not kidding when I say this He's literally helped me become a better person, and helps with my depression.
I used to be a really rude and sarcastic guy, but once I realized who France really is, I changed.
I started complimenting RANDOM STRANGERS (and have been for over 2 years because of him), I've started participating in activities to help others more, I've stopped being as rude as I used to be (like, I can still be rude, but not as bad as before), and I've even started to be...softer? Basically, I just became a better person, and even made a promise to him. The promise? To help everyone and anyone, no matter how they've treated me, who they are, or what they've done. And to to this until my final breath.
And I couldn't be happier. I literally just have to google a picture of him when I'm sad, and once I see him, bam! I start giggling and looking at more pictures of him.
And honestly?
I hate it when people call him a rapist and a pervert.
Like- No. He's none of those. He's not a rapist, a pedophile, a pervert, a man whore, a womanizer, a slut, a sex machine, a sex derived idiot, or anything of the sort. And no, he's not even "somewhat perverted". No, he's not. A pervert means "a person whose sexual behavior is regarded as abnormal and unacceptable", and he's not that at all.
He's a sweet, loving man who just wants people to feel loved. He doesn't sexually harass people or try to strip people, or even take upskirt pics.
He just flirts, and maybe sometimes he does so in a strong way, but if you tell him to stop or he notices you're not comfortable, he'll stop and apologize. It's canon, as Himaruya himself said this. He CAN flirt strongly, but he WILL NEVER force himself upon ANYONE. And if you tell him to stop or if he sees you don't like what he's doing, HIMARUYA HIMSELF, THE CREATOR OF HETALIA, said he'd stop and apologize. Because he's not only understanding, but he's a GENTLEMAN, too.
So no, he's not a pervert. And being a rapist? Yeah, no. Fuck off.
He's never imposed himself on ANYONE. And no, the scene with the calendar and France dragging England off ISN'T FUCKING RAPE. Does it show him raping him? NO. Does he say anything about rape? NO. Was it only that was for comedic value? YES. But in NO WAY has he EVER even TRIED to do that shit. And someone once told me about France's bad ending in the Hetalia game. Basically in the end of his bad ending, he takes Seychelles to a room and says he's doing a party for her for becoming his colony. And then he leads her into a room, and he gets a """disturbing aura""" and closes the door.
Okay, maybe that happened, but does it say he raped her? NO. And that "disturbing aura" is NOT A FUCKING "RAPE FACE". IT'S JUST YOU BEING A PRICK WHO THINKS EVERYONE NEEDS A FUCKING RAPE FACE AND IS CAPABLE OF RAPING OTHERS. That was NOT a "rape face", it was NOT SAID that he raped her, and what you claim about him raping her is an ASSUMPTION with NO PROOF.
And if you need more proof of this, listen to this.
HIMARUYA HIDEKAZ, THE CREATOR OF HETALIA, SAID FRANCE ISN'T CAPABLE OF RAPING PEOPLE, AND THAT FRANCE IS COMPLETELY AGAINST RAPE. He said that France does not support rape AT ALL, and that even if he was capable of raping someone, HE'D BE TOO FUCKING LAZY TO EVEN TRY. He said France is more of a guy who wants to be fanned and given grapes. So even if he was a rapist, HE'D BE TOO LAZY TO EVER DO IT. So whether he is or isn't, HE'S NEVER ACTUALLY DONE IT. And since he's never done it, he ISN'T A RAPIST.
Also? He isn't "touchy feelsy", nor does he "sexually harass" people. Yes, there are comic and all in which that can be implied, but he's NEVER forced himself on anyone, nor does he ever impose himself on ANYONE. He may BEGIN to make a move, but he does NOT E V E R touch someone's private areas (breasts, crotch, butt, lower back or anywhere like that). He COULD put a hand on your thigh or on your shoulder, but if you tell him no, or tell him to stop, HE'LL STOP. And if you don't say it, he's capable of noticing your discomfort, so if you don't say anything, but he notices you're uncomfortable, he'll STOP.
Basically, he's capable of fucking controlling himself. So no, he's not a pervert, a pedophile, a rapist, a man whore, a womanizer, a slut, a sex machine, a sex derived idiot, or anything like that. If you still think he is, you can honestly go fuck yourself, because you have NO excuse to believe that bullshit.

And if you say you love Francis, but also ship FrUK, YOU ARE L Y I N G.
FrUK is a ship that is totally stupid and inaccurate.
1. France and England HATE each other CANONLY. "OH but they appeared in a scene next to each other!11!!" is a stupid thing to say. So just because you and your mom appear in a scene, or you and your brother, it means you're a couple? What kind of fucked up logic is that?
2. "bUT IT;S A KAwAIII SHIP1!1!!" is no real reason to ship ANYTHING. And "iT'Z JUST A SHIP1!!1! FUK OFFF!!11!", yeah, it may be "just" a ship, but I really don't see why you NEED to ship it so bad.
3. "fRUK MAIKS SENCE AND ITZ NOT HISTORICALLY INACURATTEE!!1!" yeah no. Stop lying to yourself. It's abusive and wrong.
4. If someone raped and burned the first person you ever truly loved, and did so while holding you back so you can't save them, would you love them? No, right? Then why is it an exception with FrUK?
5. Let's say you know this person who likes to fight with you, and you fight with them back. And aside from always fighting, you abuse each other, you always want to be in opposite teams, and you two never get along and never have gotten along. Now, would you feel any form of love or attraction to the person who insult you, pushes you, chokes you and hurts you every time they see you, or the person you do all of that to? No? Then why do you ship FrUK, hm? France and England don't like each other one bit. They fight ALL THE TIME; they abuse each other verbally, emotionally, and physically EVERY TIME THEY EVEN LOOK AT EACH OTHER, they've NEVER gotten along, and the only time they'd even THINK about teaming up is if they have a common enemy. How is this love? And don't say it's "love-hate", because there's NO LOVE. So it's just HATE.
And I know a lot of FrUK shippers will attack me, but at least I have the confidence to say this;
Why attack someone that is speaking the truth about something, and someone who is saying something that you don't agree with? Why attack someone just because they know the truth about something that you think incorrectly about? If someone started saying global warming is real, and you think it's stupid and not real, would you attack them? No? Then why attack me, when the reality is that I'm just opening your eyes to the truth about something you obviously thought inaccurately about?
I'm really really sorry for this rant, but I just needed to say this and it needed to be said.
Either way, bottom line; I love this image, and am glad that you don't show him being naked and having a "raep face", like some people would do. I'm glad to see you know how he really is, and not how people think he is.
