I'm back with another mom-OC design! This time it's for Noire's.
...who I'll admit ended up with a lot more ideas made up for her (story-wise) than Nep's own mom. I just haven't given her as much time, though.

Once again, here are the notes I can disclose on the character:
*again, she's set in an AU where CPUs are born the traditional way, i.e. through reproduction instead of Shares, so the characters we're familiar with all have biological parents;
*The idea for Noire's mother was to have a CPU who was comparably far more militaristic than her successor;
*As others have guessed, she is a strict authoritarian figure, especially towards Noire;
*That's two blades in one scabbard coz dual wielding is awesome;
*I've settled on Sonya as a name for her because A) it's an actual name, B) one can guess what that's alluding to, and C) the "nya" bit is funny to me and reminds me of Noire's thing for cats;
*Sonya and Umbriel are childhood friends, and while they've grown rather critical of each other's respective practices regarding how they run their own nations, they still remain close;
*Umbriel calls Sonya "Kitty," to her annoyance.
