Made [link] with the help of this. I reversed the shading in my emote, you should judge yourself and see what's better. Cause I'm not sure anymore

Just one thing I noticed - In the mirror effect, as it's supposed to be realistic, the shading should be mirrored too

no you need to use photoshop, not photoshop element because it is a lighter version of photoshop that not have the animation tool if i remember well

it is called photoshop, nothing more, but there is nearly a new version to upgrade photoshop everyear, we are currently at the version called CS5, but it work with all the version from CS2 to CS5 if i remember well

well i told you that you could only get the trial version that can be use only 30days, me i used to download the trial version before holidays, to use my 30 days better, but since my last work experience the person i worked with installed it on my computer as i used to work at home someday because i lived far away from where the working place was

oh no there is some people that found other free way to make emoticon, with Gimp i think, which is sorta a free photoshop, but i actually don' tknow anything about it so i can't help

I tried to go to Layers and they show me a pop list. And idk what to do next that.

i don't know if you have cs3 but for me i just have to click on the top bar "windows" and then "layers" or it says that the keyboard shortcut is "f7"

You can use gimp to do this (it can animate) but how it works is alot harder
