Description
We found this turtle in Croatia (I didn't even knew there live turtels). She always was on the top of the water and we came very close to her. (We were sailing) Her left arm was hurt and so she couldn't swim very well. Probably she got into the propeller of a motorboat. We didn't know what to do. So, do you have any idea of what to do if you see an old, hurt sea turtle swimming far away from the next city?This picture is for

As for who you might report the injured sea turtle to, I would check out local of regional marine research facilitates. Some zoos also have wildlife rehabilitation programs.
