This is Cherrypaw. I spent agggeeess on her design and I re-did it like 6 times because they just didn't suit the character I had in mind. I Might sell the designs I dis-carded off as adoptables, I haven't decided yet. Anyway, this is my lovely Cherrypaw. I was having trouble with names until I designed her with this design, then the name just came to me I hope you all like her as much as I do I have a bit to go in the description too. Appearance Overview

{ Short } "A Medium brown she-cat with sky clear blue eyes, a cream underbelly, darker markings, a long tail and a small mane-like bit of fur on the back of her neck."

{ Long } Cherrypaw is a smaller female apprentice with a medium brown pelt, her fur being smooth and silky all over from being kept well. She has medium length fur all over her with a small bit of long fur where her tail meets her body, along her spine and down her neck. Cherrypaw has a long tail which is covered by medium length fur due to her Sokoke cross Colourpoint origins. On her face, chest and underbelly, she has creamy coloured fur which also appears on the tip of her lengthy tail. The markings on her face include a small threesome of dots under her left eye and a small beauty mark halfway between her right eye and her nose. Cherrypaw also has two upturned triangular type shapes on her cream coloured chest which wrap around her whole neck, joining at the back. She has light apricot coloured ears, nose, tongue and paw pads. Cherrypaw's outer ears consist of a dark shade of brown which is the same colour as her other markings and longer neck fur. Her eyes and as clear as crystal and are the same colour as the sky.

Innocence
Cherrypaw’s level of innocence has often enough protected her from other cats. She is like a pure white rose, not tainted in any way. Her blue wide eyes just help to make this appearance. Her level of innocence is so high, that any-cat who is around her has the feeling to protect her. Except those who come to see the end of her such as rouges and other clan cats. However innocent she may look, she can fight, and quite fiercely for that matter, anything to protect her clan mates. She cannot kill cats though; she doesn’t feel it is necessary however bad the cat has been, she doesn’t believe that killing them will be the right answer. This is one of her strongest downfalls.

Trusting
Cherrypaw is a very trusting cat. This is probably caused from her innocence nature. This is her strongest downfall. She is too Trusting. Cherrypaw is yet to come across a cat inside or outside her clan who cannot be trusted. She believes that every cat should have a chance, however that is not the case sometimes. Cherrypaw believes that every cat should have a chance to prove / redeem themselves.

Authority / Leadership
Although the young age, when Cherrypaw speaks, authority and leadership is evident in her voice, it is faint due to the fact that she is merely an apprentice, but hints of it are there. Not because she has powerful vocals, because she doesn’t, it is because she has this auma of authority surrounding her. Her voice has a sense of command in it and she often thinks of things that prove her leadership qualities. Cherrypaw just has a small level of authority surrounding her where-ever she goes. When she speaks up, which is occasionally, but when she does, her words are full with leadership and power. However, with her young age, comes an amount of naivety. She has never experienced love or heartbreak or the death of someone close to her, she is yet to find out how much that hurts. This trait is quite weak as she is only an apprentice, but it will grow with age.

Sweet
Cherrypaw is a really sweet cat, she loves to help out whenever she is needed and where-ever, she is always willing. She has a sweet appearance to her, with a cute innocent smile to pair with that. Even her voice sounds sweet, with that bit of authority to add to it as well. Being sweet is just her nature, it is probably one of her more dominant traits out of all of them.

Social
Cherrypaw loves to talk, you will find that out about her, she likes to just stay up ad talk until she falls asleep, however, she isn’t stuck up, she doesn’t talk about herself unless called upon to, she prefers to listen to the other cat, ad find out more information about them. Cherrypaw is such a little socialite she is more than happy to talk about anything whenever, some subjects, naturally are more sensitive like others such as her family so she doe try to avoid conversations about them but she doesn’t really hold back if she is asked a question about them, especially if it is a good friend who is asking.

Sensitive
Along with all her other traits, Cherrypaw is quite sensitive, probably more so than for her own good. Her feelings get hurt easily and she is also a bit of a cry baby. However, she hardly shows these feelings around others, she may have a hurt look on her face, but they wouldn’t really know how much she is hurting unless they are one of her good friends because she really opens up to them about everything. They are the only ones who have seen her cry but even they don’t know how much she cuts herself up on the inside about what the other cat said to her.

Romantic
Cherrypaw is a romantic cat, she dreams of finding a true love one day but she knows that it will be tough so she keeps this thought deep inside herself. She dreams of sitting in the top of a tree with her crush and they sit together watching the sunset and the eventually fall asleep together. Cherrypaw has many fantasies that she hopes one day will occur when she finds the one. But she knows how love hurts, she knows this because of the cats around her who have been heart broken, of course she hasn’t actually felt this before, so she doesn’t know the full extent of it, but she does know that love hurts.

Dainty
With a paw raised in the air when she pauses in the middle of a walk, her nose pointed up when offended or to show her disapproval, her tail gracefully wrapped over her paws with sitting, a shoulder raised higher than the other with timidity, Cherrypaw a lot of the time speaks louder with her body than her mouth! Although Cherrypaw is not one to be prissy, she is definatly dainty, this partly is due to her agility but also just her nature.

Also the smell of rain is soothing, I don’t know what it is that makes it soothing, it just does.”

“I dislike the cold seeping in through my lovely fur and freezing my ears and paws and nose. It just is an uncomfortable feeling, I wish it was Greenleaf all year long”

“With the rain it is a love/dislike relationship, I dislike it when I am standing in it because it seeps through my fur and makes my skin all wet and it tangles my fur.”

*Shudder* “Being alone is scary and lonely, I hate it, with no-body curled around you, he cold seeping in through your fur because there is no-one to block it… It’s just horrible”

“Truly, water is horrible, it just gets my fur all tangled and it sticks against my skin”

“Yuck, I dislike the feel of my fur when it is dirty, it just feels horrible against my skin, and what’s even worse it that I have to lick all that debris from my fur later that day, and that is just painful” *Shakes head*

History

Kit
“I had a pretty average kithood, except the fact that both of my parents were avid warriors who had apprentices so one of them were always off training whilst the other went off doing jobs for the leader. So I was often left on my own to wander camp. I explored many things in my kit days but that didn’t make up for the lack of my parents being there, I guess it was good in a way, that my parents weren’t there I mean, so I wouldn’t get too attached to them like most others. I often would sneak away from camp and sit in this small glade, it was filled with long grass with flowers dotting around the outside of it, trees all around it in a circular pattern and with the soft breeze flittering in and the sunshine just weaving it’s way through the soft green canopy. It was my favourite place in the whole world. So calming and relaxing and it was where I could be my usual self you know? Anyway, that was where I developed my love for bugs, because they would just gently fly through, maybe perch somewhere where I could look at it and then be on it’s way. I would often lie on my back and look up at the clouds and see what shape they resembled, it was nice and calming. When I was around my parents, I am the kit they always wanted me to be, but when I am here, I am the kit I was born to be. I found myself spending more and more time in this area, and my parents were spending more and more time away from me, trying to become Warriors, it did affect me, but not much as I didn’t really know much about my parents because they were never there for me. When I reached 6 moons, I became an apprentice at the same time as they became warriors. I was so excited to earn my apprentice name Cherrypaw, and I never looked back.

Jai glanced wearily out the window and watched idly as the rain splattered onto the cool glass then slid off. "Where is she?" he thought to himself, pacing, trying to not think about what could have happened to his sister out in the cold dark. "She was supposed to be back two hours ago" Jai glanced back to the window and scanned the streets... Not a cat in sight. He sighed to himself and buried his weary head into his paws and looked up at the front door in hope, as though she would burst through as say, "I'm here!". Jai closed his eyes in thought of where she could possibly be and immediately started thinking about Tiana. "No!"He thought angrily to himself, "I will have time for that later... When Lottie is found"he thought to add. Jai sighed again, "I will have to go out and look for her."With that thought, he grabbed his coat from the wooden ornate coat rack behind the large front door, quickly grabbed his keys, flipped the light switch off and walked out the door. Jai turned back and watched his apartment, closing the door, until the was nothing more to be seen and swiftly locked the door.
