Man, it's been a long time since I felt good enough about anything I drew to actually scan and upload it.Final Fantasy VII/Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus fanart.
It annoyed me how, throughout DoC, Lucrecia was never shown as being pregnant with Sephiroth. I mean, I suppose you could argue that Seph was a test tube baby or whatever, but Lucrecia yells at Hojo, "Give me back my son!" which, to me, implies that she actually carried the baby, and when he was born, Hojo took him from her.
So, really, she'd have to look pregnant at some point.
They did the same thing to Lulu in FFX-2. I mean, seriously. What is with SE's aversion to pregnant people?
So yeah, here's Lucrecia, with baby Sephiroth in her tummy. :3
Drawn with a .7 mechanical pencil on some scrap paper during my AP Language and Composition class.
I didn't have any references, so I'm not sure it the proportions and everything are correct, but I'm proud of it.

I can't imagine it's much harder to 3D-model a pregnant lady than it is to 3D-model a non-pregnant lady. Based on my very limited knowledge from this CADD class I'm in right now.

Yes, it's most likely Hojo. I believe Sephiroth's fate would have been much different if Vincent had been the father. Since Hojo has a god complex and an ego the size of the sun, as well as evidence that Lucrecia and Vincent were lovers, the first test he'd probably do on his new superweapon would be a paternity test, to make sure that Sephiroth really was his offspring. Wouldn't want Sephiroth to be the son of some random Turk. Gotta make sure he comes from a bloodline of superior intelligence. >]

It's a little odd, since, especially in light of Dirge of Cerberus, it's practically canon. But everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I don't like Cloud x Tifa. If it's canon, I feel sorry for both of them. They're so wrong for each other... But the depressing thing is that they'll both keep trying to hold together this relationship that is never going to work.

Lucrecia's an interesting character.
I think you should give her a bit of a break, since she ends up committing suicide because she made too many mistakes.
I think she just honestly didn't understand for a while why she couldn't have everything that she wanted at once. She had some sort of relationship with Vincent's father, whether it was just mentor to student or something more, and it's because of that, I think, that she didn't love or want to love Vincent at first, but she couldn't help that he was attractive and she fell for him, definitely physically at first. She didn't seem to realize that she actually loved Vincent until after Hojo had already shot him, which then launched Lucrecia into a fit of trying to save him with Chaos. She married Hojo in an attempt to keep herself away from Vincent, I think.
I also think Lucrecia and Hojo did love each other, in an odd, scientific way. I can imagine her admiring his intelligence and curiosity. Hojo's love may have leaned towards jealous and possessive, but I think he did love her and appreciate her attention to him, until he realized that she didn't hate Vincent as much as he did, and that there was a possibility that she and Vincent might have been having an affair since Lucrecia kinda lacks self-control, and she wants Vincent. Way bad.
And that's a bit of my interpretation of the Vincent x Lucrecia x Hojo love triangle. Which happens to be one of my all-time favorite character relationships in the FFVII universe. I'm actually in the middle of trying to make an FST for it right now.

O_O I don't like Lucretia period. She's like wayyyyyy too old for Vinnie, and Hojo and her should just run away and do something else. So I decided to create a charater just for him, and I love him. Her name is Amateraseu-Rae.

Vincent's 27. Lucretia doesn't look much older than that.
Whether you like Lucretia or not, Vincent obviously cares about her. Really, his whole life and internal conflict revolves around her during FFVII and DoC.
Without her, he wouldn't be the dark, brooding Vincent that you love so much. You can't reasonably delete her from the picture.
Just out of curiosity, where did you come up with Amateraseu-Rae?
It sounds like a combination of the sun god thing from Japanese mythology and a nickname for Rachel. I've never met anyone with a name like that. Ever.

Oh! Forgot to tell you, Amateraseu and Lucretia are best friends.....until she tells that she uses her unborn baby for an expirament.
My friend, and I were obbsessing over Final Fantasy Advent Children, and she was in love with Reno....she asked me "Do you wanna have OC's that are sisters?" I nodded, So I was thinking who to love, and then it hit me....Vincent. Cause I didn't know that if Vincent had a girlfriend so when I found out he did, I had to change everything I had planned. So yeah, and I came up with Amateraseu because her hair is red and her eyes are orange-red......so she symbolized fire. And that's what came of her name!!! ^^
