This is a fan-art for a Taiwanese Drama that I've been watching called "Hi My Sweetheart." I've always been a fan of Rainy Yang (the main actress) hence this picture.
She's a super mean girl in this drama and when she gets upset she has an evil shadow. No reference image was used but here's a couple of pics of the show:
