Hopple Scotch is a pony OC with a pretty interesting design!
She was commissioned with removeable cuffs, which have plush chains on them.. aww, fluffy chains xD
Her hair gradients/shadows are airbrushed.
Size: Large, about 50cm (20 inches) to top of head.

Is there a reason that the commissioner gave for the chains? This is one of the most interesting OCs: she's all cutesy and beautiful but then has chains...? There's a back story I need to know
