Description My first attempt at using MS paint to a gmod picture.

This is actually for he wanted to be a pikachu character in my comic and I was thinking of doing my first hypnosis using a different program and characters. So the gardevoir is using her physcic abilities to make the hypnotic watch sway side to side and she tries it out on a pikachu. Its working so far.

Tell me how it looks if it need improvements let me know and what I need to fix and I will do my best.
