It's purposly dark to reflect on the magnitude of the isolation of the battle and the sheer importance of it. If DA let me had my way - the canvas would have been huge.

When i zoom in i think that Squall reminds me of how Amano draws Squall

Yes squall, Rinoa and irvine - had to to do squall brown or he's vanish.
I use PS3, and I use nothing but the brush tool with mixed opacities and a lot of patience.
