She's Lallaine, the sister of Merilisle. I'll be posting another art of her and there I'll describe her personality.

By the way, this is an entry for the Rain Contest of and it's such a great obstacle just to post it here. Well, it's such a long story... (additional fact that I'm already late) I hope you like it.

Ah! One thing I discovered about the rain. It is the best time to eat a vanilla ice cream! Try it.
