Description
This is one of the villains from the BESM Sailor Moon game I played 6 or 7 years ago. I don't remember much about him, and it actually took my fiancé and I about two days just to remember his name! All I remembered was that he was supposed to look like Batman. Luckily I had a few things written down about him:

He is Sailor Matrix's "brother" - I have brother written in quotation marks, so I believe they had both been orphans, and he became her mentor and protector at the orphanage.

He is a Knight of the Dark Kingdom. I think he became a Knight at the same time that Sailor Matrix became a Senshi, but he was somehow turned to the "dark side", and she's made it her mission to find out why he betrayed her and save him.

His "Emotional Element" is Judgment. I'm not entirely sure what this means. I know part of it meant he could see all of a person's secrets and weaknesses. His weapons were called "Judgment Discs;" bladed throwing weapons (basically Batarangs).

Anyway, I gave him a quick color treatment. Background is a mish-mash of 3 different stock backgrounds from rubberslug.com.
