Oh my god, I just finished reading the Sky Island arc and this guy just gave shivers up my spine. I was really torn between hating him and loving him... I guess that is what great villains are supposed to do. This picture... is so great... it just encompasses all that is creepy, awesome, sly, egotistical and shocking (XD ha pun) about this super human man

I like Ener lioke a villain, too. It's true that I love Crocodile, but after Crocodile comes Ener, that's why I love your pics, because you draw my two favourites villains charachters together.

Incredible work on the outside frame. Totally excentrΓ© yet completely that the image detail of the jewel of the ear that introduced the diagonal axis bracelet with metal bar and its attribute of the god of lightning.And either a cyan, yellow (sun it seems to me) and white it should look aggressive. And then not at all * is impressed *
On the image itself, the more light the way to chew his fingers ... arghhh * drool * It seems that incites fangirl. You realize the character drawing is crazy (the character itself was super interesting, but the Treaty of oda I liked him for not dealing with your he became one of the best "bad guys" from the entire history ).

One of my favorite One Piece characters. Seriously, what's not to like.

I know, right? He's such an ignored OP villain. Me and have discussed it, and think it's a combination of a vastly unfamiliar landscape [Skypiea] and a villain whom you don't so much think 'Wow, what an evil bastard!' but more 'What is wrong with this guy?' that made the Skypiea arc a kind of.. lost arc. It made it harder to get behind the final battle, when the big bad is a big crazy, who doesn't so much hurt people because he likes to, but because he's 'God' and these people don't matter in the first place. He transcends morals, and is therefore not culpable in his mind.
Really, he just wanted to go to moon.

That's what makes him so awesome. Which reminds me. I wanted to say thank you for drawing some great Enel art. I've seriously just been through all the Enel art and there are very few artist, so thank you so much for drawing this underrated character.

On another note, I don't know how anyone can even forget Enel as epic as the Skypea(
Seriously- I was gleaning clips for an AMV the other day, and the fights are amazing! The plot is solid, the dialogue is funny and intelligent and moving... The whole concept of Mantra? Bad ass! You have a frikkin' villain who is KILLED and SHOCKS his heart into beating again-- post-death! The whole Kalgara and Norland backstory, just the IDEA of this land above the clouds, where these awesome winged races live... and for the most part, the entire arc had some really nice animation.
On the Enel note, I really wish people would appreciate what kind of character Oda was going for with him. You don't have the typical manic, cackling super-villain with a lust for blood and power. He's this wonderfully understated psychopath who spends most of his scenes staring serenely at his victims while he barbecues them. And then he strolls off, swinging his staff, and eats some nummy apples. He's just a terrific lunatic.
And Wiper? And Kamikiri? Gan Fall? The Priests? Such a great great great story, but it doesn't have a princess, or hot government assassins, so Skypiea? What's that?

The Skypiea is just underrated awesomeness. I mean I absolutely love One Piece and everything, I love CP9, Galley-La, Baroque and the current arc, but Skypiea was (in my opinion) the best arc there was. It had some of the best emotions of the characters and it has so many underrated people. I mean I rarely fav a female characters, but I'll admit that I really enjoyed Conis and the fox thing. The battles where all unique, the most moving background story and Enel. Enel could kick so many of the other OP villans' asses. Lucci just wish he could do what Enel does. Seriously what other villian is that eerily calm. It tops Lucci's twisted since of justice. You can actually understand why everyone fears him.
