I've just started to read Six of Crows, and honestly, your art about it is abosolutely perfect! You are amazing! (btw, Inej is my favourite character by now)

I don't mean for this to sound rude, but I noticed something. When I first started following your art (a year ago or so?) I noticed that your female characters had rather masculine features when you drew them, like you struggled some with the composition of the female face. It used to bother me, but I never knew if it was intentional. Lately, I've noticed your composition has drastically improved and I must say, I absolutely love it.

I prefer to draw people with strong features, that's all. But the way I draw changed a lot lately for all genders, I just improved and the old drawings, no matter if they feature men or women, are just painful to watch. But I need people to stop thinking that women should look soft and round and dainty.

Well not necessarily dainty, but it was very squared off -- more so than most women look just based on facial structure. This drawing, for example, doesn't have necessarily "soft, round, and dainty" features, but has a generally more accurate bone structure. That was my point. I'm not sure if I offended, but it wasn't my intention either way.

You didn't offended me, I've heard this comment a lot and I understand the idea. It's just that so many people complain about the way I draw women I lost count. But you're right, the shapes are more accurate now and it's definitely a good thing.

I wasn't so much complaining about the way you draw them as praising how you've improved. I was trying to point out something specific you've improved on as a way of kind of... I don't know. If I were working on something, I'd feel glad someone recognized it and I was trying to cheer you on in that way.

It makes me angry how much there are many, many talented artists out there yet they barely get noticed. She is absolutely gorgeous!

Je ne saurais dire ce qui donne cette impression mais son regard et son expression en général est très "vivante" je trouve.
