Fun fact; Kuvira is voiced by Zelda Williams, Robin Williams' daughter. Also my favorite character by far this season. I know she's supposed to be the baddie this season but I would totally join her army.

I was kinda hoping Su would be the Napoleon expy, but I'll settle for Kuvira. I'm getting the impression that she won't be an enemy of Team Avatar per se, anymore than Hiroshi is really Asami's mortal enemy. She'll be an antagonist, but one that the heroes are basically trying to save from herself.
And I REALLY want a heartwarming moment between her and Korra where Kuvira encourages Korra while working through one of Korra's more depressed days. Having a character voiced by Zelda Williams help the hero in healing from depression? For Robin Williams fans, it would be the most tear jerking and heartwarming moment of the Avatar franchise.

Exactly, I agree with the first paragraph of your comment. Let's say in order to stow the chaos and anarchy that was unleashed by Zaheer and the Red Lotus after killing the Earth Queen, Kuvira steps in and takes charge and her ideals sort of get the better of her .

Doesn't help that they've discovered Prince Prick--er, I mean Wu. He won't be endearing himself to Kuvira anytime soon.

Apparently, and of course this Prince Wu , AKA Prince Prick looks lke another sly little trash like Varrick is another person we need to keep an eye on.

Varrick is eccentric. He has an ego similar to Tony Stark, but in that same vein he keeps a realistic inventory of his strengths AND weaknesses (he's all but admitted to being utterly lost without Zhu Li). Wu is just a stuck up royal brat who believes he has no faults, to the point where he feigns modesty only to turn it around and declare himself "superhuman." He needs to be forced to go on a journey similar to the one his grandfather(?) went on willingly. Varrick can humble himself when he must, and while he's self-absorbed, he doesn't believe that the world revolves (entirely) around him (he does question his purpose in life, after all, and for all his materialism he's not incapable of a little spirituality). Wu probably doesn't know the meaning of the word "humility," and almost certainly thinks the world exists to bow and scrape to his every whim. Three years in hiding have taught him nothing so far. Varrick is also under no pretenses that the universe owes him anything, while Wu almost certainly believes that it owes him the throne of the world's largest nation, at the very least.
All that from less than a minute of screen time for our new princeling. First impressions sure do run deep.

Indeed. I believe in this last season Varrick can at least be able to redeem himself and at the very least . Wu on the other hand will obviously seize the throne and claim Asami's affection by any means necessary as his ego grows tenfold .

Wu's not beyond redemption. He just needs to be humiliated a few times. He's a Kuzco character. Much like Korra was.

Of Course. I hope in his season Korra must learn true humility not only from being temporarily crippled but through a journey of solitude. To be honest, Korra needed a lesson in humility from the start her overconfidence is...was getting old.
