This was actually drawn a couple months ago when i was still getting into the habit of drawing Billy Hatcher stuff so ive improved since then
BUT ive been meaning to have finished this back then but just kept drawing other stuff but since its Valentines Day I figured nows the time where i can actually force to myself to hurry up and finish this already. Happy Birth-...Valentines Day!

Sounds like you need help. Thankfully, I have my love cap on amigo! Heres a possibility. Try Billy and Rooly near a lake, a sunset beaming off the lake.and have billy present Rolly with a ring with a cute looking pink egg. And have Billy say "I love you" into Rolly's eyes. Now If that dosen't work... Call me tomarrow.
